We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice and we recommend that you should view them each time you use the website.

You can shop at Scruffy Muttz 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Add the products you would like to order and the quantity required, to your shopping cart. You can view your cart at any time by selecting ‘view cart’. If you wish to remove an item from the cart, just select ‘remove’ then ‘update cart’ and the item will be removed. If you want to change the quantity of an item, you need to go into ‘view cart’ and change the selected quantity and then select ‘update’ and your cart will be updated. Once you have completed your shopping proceed to the checkout, where you will be able to select your payment method. Please note that all prices on our website exclude delivery charges. The delivery charge will be added separately when you checkout. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

We use PayPal for all our online payments. We accept all major credit/debit cards online. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. We also accept cheques but goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.  This usually takes between 7-10 working days but may be longer and we cannot be held liable for any delay.

Where possible we aim to dispatch most orders within 48 hours of receiving and processing your order (not including out of stock items). You should receive your items within 3-5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays & weekends). For all orders we use Royal Mail and for larger or heavier items we may use a courier.

Our current standard delivery charge is £3.50 for the UK and £5.95 for Channel Islands, Guernsey, Jersey and Isle of Man, however if you have purchased a gift basket or gift bag, these are sent by courier or royal mail and there is an additional delivery charge of £3.50 for gift baskets and £1.50 for gift bags.  For orders over £50.00 we offer free delivery.

If you are not in at the time of delivery, a card should be left by Royal Mail/courier with instructions to arrange delivery at another time or to collect from their local depot within 5 days.

We deliver within the UK, Channel Islands, Guernsey, Jersey and Isle of Man. There may be an additional charge for heavier items. If this is the case we will contact you by email prior to processing your order, to advise you of the costs.

To help the environment, we try and re-use as much of our packaging as possible, so if you receive your products in a bag or box that looks as though it’s been used before, that's probably because it has! Please be assured that all the items we sell are brand new and in perfect condition.

Occasionally items are subject to availability and delay in delivery is beyond our control. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email or telephone and give you an indication of when we are expecting the item in stock. If this is not convenient, you may of course, cancel your order.

You may cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of your goods for a full refund, excluding postage costs. To cancel your order, please email us at info@scruffymuttz.co.uk . The item must be in the original packaging and must not have been used or damaged in any way. We cannot accept responsibility for items that may be damaged or lost in transit to us or any other circumstances beyond our control. Items must be returned within 14 days of the cancellation.

We offer a 28 day returns policy, from the date of dispatch. If you wish to return or exchange an item please email us at info@scruffymuttz.co.uk prior to returning the item to us, giving details of your name, address and the reason for the return/exchange and we will provide you with the address to send to. The items must be returned in their original packaging, must not have been used or damaged in any way. If you have requested a refund, this will be issued upon receipt, excluding the postage cost. We aim to process your refund within 5 days of receiving the item back.  Please note that we are unable to refund your postage costs.

Due to the persishable nature of most of our products/gift baskets, refunds cannot be given unless damaged in transit. 

Refunds can only be processed to the card that was originally used to make the purchase, we cannot refund to any other card.

If you have requested an exchange, we aim to send out the replacement item within 5 days of receiving the original item back. There is a charge of £3.50 (£5.95 if outside UK) to cover the cost of sending the replacement item. This can be made via PayPal or by sending a cheque with the original item payable to Scruffy Muttz.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item or we have sent you the wrong item in error please email info@scruffymuttz.co.uk within 3 days of receiving the items and we will provide you with the return address. Please send the item back in its original packaging and once we receive it you will receive a full refund including your postage costs. Scruffy Muttz reserves the right to determine if an item is in an unused condition. We aim to process your refund within 5 days of receiving the item back. 

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage for returning items for refunds/exchanges as we cannot accept responsibility for any items that may be damaged or lost in transit or any other circumstances beyond our control.  

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm)

We do not guarantee that this website will be error free and cannot accept any responsibility for any damage or loss caused by using this website.
